With an aggressive six-week schedule, our team was able to renovate 40,000 sq. ft. of ballrooms, meeting rooms, restrooms, catering kitchen, and main corridors within this renowned resort.
Kitchen Renovations included a floor-to-ceiling overhaul starting with steel wall paneling throughout, new fresh and resilient flooring, specialty acoustic ceiling panels, LED rectangular lighting, and an updating of the fire sprinkler heads and life safety devices.
Renovations to the main corridors started off with adding wood trims to the walls, replacing the previous carpet flooring with marble, installing new doors, and applying a fresh coat of paint.
Correcting of the crown molding and trim kicked off the renovations to the ballroom, which led straight into replacement and re-upholstery of the surrounding large fabric panels, flooring reinstallation, refurbishment of the crystal ballroom chandeliers, and updating all lighting to LED dimmable lighting control panels. Digital directories and information boards were also installed, modernizing the ballroom and meeting spaces.
