Complete renovation to The Islander Restaurant at the Ocean Reef Club. New impact rated bi-fold aluminum French doors, new impact rated wood and glass entry door, all new HVAC units and ductwork, new high-end millwork and stone work, structural additions and reinforcement work, façade renovations, landscaping, new exterior wood decking and canopy system, new interior wood flooring, seating and sushi bar, acoustical plaster and wood paneled ceilings, new electrical, low voltage, lighting and plumbing work, complete renovations to the restrooms as well as renovations to the food service kitchen all while allowing members to safely access and enjoy adjacent amenities. This project was completed ahead of an aggressive schedule and under budget.
